their abbreviated CPResumes.com, scored well on most reference points, and had a particularly
enticing guarantee. The company promises unlimited revisions for a full 90 days, and a partial
refund if you don't land an interview within those 90 days.
One other feature belongs upfront: the writers are all Certified Professional Resume Writers (as
we would expect), but each also holds the distinction of a background in hiring. Why does that
matter? Well, no one knows better what a hiring official is looking for on a resume than someone

The Better Business Bureau notes a "pattern of complaints" for this company ranging from
inattentive customer service to resumes not being delivered within the specified time frames. In
fairness, one has to take into account a company's size and volume of transactions when considering
customer complaints, and this is a sizable company that writes a lot of resumes. It's also worth
noting that management has made overtures toward establishing procedures to more effectively
resolve customer issues -- as also reported by the BBB. That said, we give the BBB a lot of weight
in these matters.

Careers Plus Resumes - Review Summary:
While we remain concerned regarding the BBB evaluation (and you should be, too), we believe
Careers Plus Resumes is doing a number of things that keep it in the running. From an
easy-to-navigate website to a guarantee that speaks to the wallet (money back). And the
pricing is some of the most reasonable we've seen--given the quality of the work as represented on
their samples page.
We would advise prospective customers to balance the pros and cons to their own satisfaction.
